I established my law firm in May 2008 after my admission to the Budapest Bar Association.
Thanks to the international background of the Founder we are able to combine the relevant legal rules with an understanding of the challange of the market and our clients’ objectives.
Our office is situated nearby the historic downtown of Budapest.

Dr. András TÓTH-KALÁSZI, attorney-at-law
Education: JGraduated from Eötvös Lóránd University Faculty of Law in February 2003. Accomplished a five-semester postgraduate master course on the law of the European Union at Pázmány Péter University, Budapest in 2005. Bar examination in February 2008. Member of the Budapest Bar since May 2008. Presently he attends postgraduate master course on Corporate and Business Law at Eötvös Lóránd University.
Domain: Previously worked at international law firm specialized on business law where he obtained extensive knowledge and breadth of experience in the fields of real estate development, corporate law, law of contracts, bankruptcy and liquidation law, international commercial and private law, administration law, immigration law, labour law and European Union law.

We are focusing our activities in the following legal areas:
- Real estate law (draft sale and purchase agreement, lease agreements, set-up condominium, establish mortgage, management of real estate);
- Business and corporate law (set-up company; draft share purchase agreement; prepare due diligence report; draft business contracts);
- Immigration law (managing business residence permit, residence permit for family unification, residence permit for the purpose of studies; managing settlement permit and naturalization issues);
- Insolvency law (legal assistance in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings)
- Administrative law (obtain permits from the municipality and other authorities which are required for the set up of the manufacturing);
- Employment law (draft employment agreement, by-law, operational manual etc.);
- Public procurement (provide legal assistance in public tenders in co-operation with our partner public procurement expert);
- Litigaton services (provide legal representation for our clients regarding all of the above legal fields)
We consider our job is the successful representation of the business interests of our clients in Hungary; therefore we established cooperation with professionals in the fields of audit, tax advice, book-keeping and public procurement.
